Michael A. Redding, 47, died Jan. 17, 2011, in Port St. Lucie. He was a lifetime resident of Fort Pierce. He worked for Jackson Drugs for 15 years. He played on Babe Ruth All Stars in 1981 and coached on the Sportsman Park Football League. Survivors include his wife, Tina Redding of Port St. Lucie; sons, Michael A. Redding Jr. and David Redding, both of Port St. Lucie; daughters, Brandie Redding, Chandler Redding, and Alexis Redding, all of Port St. Lucie; stepson, David Moen of Port St. Lucie; mother, Marlene Redding of Fort Pierce; father, Raymond Redding of Fort Pierce; sister, Marilyn Redding Smith of Fort Pierce; brothers, Mitchell Redding of Fort Pierce and Myron Redding of Keystone Heights; and two grandchildren.
